Our Mission 805 Sober Ride is committed to providing safe, reliable transportation while maintaining a respectful environment for both passengers and drivers. 

This policy ensures everyone has a positive experience.

Expected Passenger Behavior

Respect & Courtesy

• Treat drivers with respect and courtesy at all times

• Use appropriate language - no profanity, harassment, or discriminatory remarks

• Keep conversations at reasonable volume levels

• Be patient and understanding, especially during busy periods

Safety Requirements

• Always wear your seatbelt

• Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion

• Do not distract the driver while driving

• Follow all driver instructions regarding safety

• No smoking, vaping, or open containers in the vehicle

Vehicle Care

• Valid registration and insurance

• Working seatbelts for all passengers

• Adequate fuel for the trip

• Functioning headlights, taillights, and turn signals

• Clear windshield with working wipers

• No mechanical issues that could pose safety risks

• Clean interior free of hazardous materials

• Valid keys provided to our driver

Booking & Payment

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations

• Be ready at your scheduled pickup time (if pre-booked)

• Have payment method ready.

• Communicate any changes or cancellations promptly

Unacceptable Behavior 

The following behaviors will result in immediate ride termination and potential service ban:

• Any form of harassment, threats, or aggressive behavior

• Inappropriate physical contact

• Vandalism or intentional damage to the vehicle

• Attempting to operate the vehicle

• Illegal activities of any kind

• Excessive intoxication that poses safety risks to the driver

• Refusal to follow safety instructions

Consequences

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!

• Illegal activities: Law enforcement will be contacted!
